Posts travel two to a box and that is the minimum order. The unit price is the same for two as for two hundred.
Suitcases, pushchairs and wheelchairs roll straight over it. It is what you notice most in a real queue.
They come out of our Barcelona factory, which has been making belt barrier posts since 1997. No middlemen.
What arrives in the box
A post is 95 cm high, weighs 8 kg and has a 70 mm powder-coated steel tube. The base is steel with an ABS cover: 36 cm across and only 1 cm high.
Inside is the cassette with a retraction brake: the belt returns on its own, but it does not snap back. The spring is tested to 200,000 cycles, which in a normal reception is years of daily use.
It arrives assembled and ready. There is nothing to bolt to the floor: you stand it up, hook the belt to the next post and that is it.
The belt, printed with your own design
The belt is 48 mm wide and comes as standard in 3 metres; we also make it in 4 when the openings are wide. It is printed by dye sublimation in full colour, on both sides, with your logo, a message or a photo.
There are no set-up costs and no print minimum: the same belt we make for an order of two hundred posts, we make for two.

Colours, cap and sign holder
The tube is black as standard, and also comes in white, red, yellow, green, blue and silver for a small surcharge per unit. If your colour is not among those, we match your Pantone with printed vinyl on the tube.
The cap on top can carry your logo, and an A4 or A3 sign holder fits over the head when there is more to say than a name.

FAQ Questions.
How many posts do I need?
One at each end of the run and one more at every corner or change of direction. A straight ten-metre queue with 3 m belts comes to five posts; in practice it is worth rounding up.
Do they hook to each other?
Yes. Each post has three receivers around the head, so you can hook the belt from the next post in several directions and build zigzag routes.
Can I order just two?
Yes. They go two at a time because that is the box, and the unit price does not change for ordering a few.
How long does it take?
About ten working days from the moment you approve the digital proof. The proof reaches you within 48 working hours at most, and we make nothing until you sign it off.
Can it be used outdoors?
It is designed for indoor use. Outside it will stand up to a day of events in good weather, but it is not a permanent outdoor product.
