Why it is worth printing
A queue puts your customers less than a metre from the belt for several minutes. It is a surface that is already there and already paid for, and it is almost always left plain black.
With your logo on it, the same post that organises the queue also says who you are, marks the route and helps the space look well kept.
How it is printed
We print by dye sublimation: heat turns the ink into gas, which penetrates the polyester fibre and becomes solid inside it. The design becomes part of the belt instead of sitting on top of it.
That is why the belt stays thin and flexible and retracts smoothly into the cassette. We print both sides at no extra cost, even with a different design on each.
Colours and files
We work in four-colour process, so you can use photos, gradients and patterns with no limit on colours. We match the Pantone tones in your brand guidelines as closely as we can and show you the result in the digital proof, before anything is made.
A vector file is ideal (SVG, PDF, AI or EPS). A PNG or JPG at 300 dpi at final size also works. If the file is not usable, we tell you before we start.

Yes. The unit price is the same from one piece and there are no set-up costs.
Does it stand up to daily use?
The ink is part of the fibre, so there is no film that can crack or peel when the belt retracts.
